To obtain a return, please call 1 (559) 259 3337.You must mention that you purchased the product from Garden Indoors Today and have the original order number. Issuance of a credit for the defective goods shall occur only when the item is no longer available for replacement or it cannot be repaired. The resolution of such a claim shall be at the discretion of Garden Indoors Today. An original receipt of sale dated sometime within the previous year must accompany warranty returns. Purchaser must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Garden Indoors Today. This number must be marked on all containers of the return. The cost of returning goods shall be the customers, but Garden Indoors Today will reimburse this cost when they have inspected the return.
Garden Indoors Today only ships to customers within the Continental United States. Our shipping rates are based upon the value of your order per shipment. Please note that if you placed an order with another web store, you will need to direct your shipping questions to that store.
All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS, or FedEx ground. We at Garden Indoors Today reserve the right to choose the most convenient and economical method of shipment.
